CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE PARFAITS WITH
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the melted and cooled chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Set aside.
- Make the Oreo Crumble:
- Place the Oreo cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush them into small crumbs using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon.
- Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a bowl and mix in the melted butter until well combined.
- Assemble the Parfaits:
- Layer the bottom of serving glasses or parfait cups with a spoonful of Oreo crumble.
- Next, add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake filling on top of the Oreo crumble.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of chocolate cheesecake filling.
- Chill:
- Cover the parfaits with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Before serving, top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries if desired.
