King lands at Sandringham after being pictured for first time since cancer news

Arriving at Sandringham, King Charles was photographed for the first time since his cancer diagnosis became public. The monarch and Queen Camilla were spotted smiling and waving to the crowds as they drove away from Clarence House.

The two then made their way to Buckingham Palace, where they boarded a waiting helicopter to travel to Sandringham. It was just before five o’clock when they arrived at the Norfolk property.

Although the King is receiving treatment for the illness, his assistants won’t say which hospital he is receiving out-patient care from. Prince Harry quickly returned to the UK today after Buckingham Palace made the announcement yesterday evening.

It is understood that the father and son met for a scant forty-five minutes before Charles gets ready to leave London for Sandringham. Shortly before, Harry departed from Clarence House as well, and he had no intention of seeing his brother Prince William there.

Charles has already started “a schedule of regular treatments” to fight cancer, with the guidance of his highly qualified medical team. The King is reportedly “wholly positive about his treatment” and appreciative that medical professionals discovered it quickly.

King Charles may be anticipating more family members to visit him after informing those closest to him about his condition.

Princess Beatrice and her spouse Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were seen earlier today leaving King Charles’s London residence, Clarence House.

Following his appearance at a private terminal at LAX airport this morning, Prince Harry also landed in the UK at midday.

There is continuous conjecture regarding the Prince’s whereabouts during his visit. Harry’s visit coincides with a royal specialist expressing concern for the King.

Harry may have “warm feelings deep down” for his father and be “deeply concerned” for his well-being, according to royal author Angela Levin.

In an official statement, the Palace stated that King Charles had received a cancer diagnosis, but they would not elaborate. Aids clarified, though, that prostate cancer is not the cause.

During the King’s prostate treatment last month, the cancer was discovered. On Friday, January 26, he was admitted to a private hospital, where he spent three nights.
